- Check your email inbox and spam folder for the shipping confirmation.

- Allow 24–72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
- If tracking shows limited movement at first, this is normal for international shipments.
Understanding Shipping Stages
International shipping often involves multiple stages. Seeing pauses or status changes does not mean your order is lost.
- Processing: Your order is being prepared, quality-checked, and packaged.
- Shipped: The parcel has left our facility and entered carrier transit.
- In Transit: The package is moving between logistics hubs or countries.
- Customs Clearance: The shipment is being reviewed by local customs authorities.
- Out for Delivery: The package is with your local carrier.
- Delivered: The order has reached its destination.
Common Tracking Questions
Why hasn’t my tracking updated?
Tracking updates may pause during international transit or customs processing. This is normal and does not indicate an issue.
My package is delayed — what should I do?
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier backlogs.
Tracking says delivered but I didn’t receive it.
